Participation in large-scale energy and infrastructure projects A prominent developer of energy projects, sustainable infrastructure, electromechanical installations, operation and maintenance is currently seeking an INDUSTRIAL SAFETY ASSISTANT. Job Objective Support the supervision and assurance of correct implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System during execution of the project’s electrical installations, compliance with STPS regulations, accident prevention, personnel protection, and secure continuity of construction work. **Responsibilities** Supervise safe conditions in activities including: Electrical work, Work at height, Maneuvering and lifting operations, Use of electrical tools and equipment, or any other high-risk activity. Verify correct use of PPE and compliance with site signage. Train staff on safety topics, conduct inductions, and safety talks. Maintain documentary safety control and respond to internal, client, and/or regulatory audits. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, generating reports and preventive measures. Coordinate with site supervision, quality teams, and electrical contractors. Support coordination of emergency response teams and drills. **Requirements** Completed education in industrial, electrical, or related fields 3 years of experience in similar roles Applicable regulations: Electrical NOM-001-SEDE-2012, STPS-031 Worksite safety NOM-029-STPS-2011.
