




Job Summary: Coordinate and execute loading and unloading maneuvers for heavy materials, ensuring stability and safety at the worksite. Key Highlights: 1. Job Responsibilities: • Perform maneuvers to lift and transport heavy materials—such as steel beams, cement, construction equipment, or heavy machinery—from one location to another on the worksite. • Verify that loads are safe to lift, ensuring they do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of the machinery. • Use hand signals, radios, or communication systems to coordinate loading and unloading maneuvers. • Ensure loads remain stable and move safely. • Operate backhoes and other machinery to move earth, debris, or heavy materials. • Place materials at specific locations, such as foundations, roofs, or inside warehouses. • Inspect equipment before operation to ensure it is in proper working condition, checking oil and fuel levels, hydraulic systems, cables, and chains. • Maintain detailed records of operations performed, reporting moved loads, operating hours, and any incidents occurring during maneuvers. • Maintain constant communication with the work team—including site supervisors, safety officers, and machinery operators—to ensure maneuvers are carried out according to plans and without compromising safety. • Ensure all safety mechanisms are compliant and that equipment is suitable for the load to be handled. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary education 3 years of experience Age: between 22 and 48 years Driver's licenses: A, B, C, D
