Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making. Lead and supervise the Human Resources team. Ensure the company complies with applicable labor laws and regulations. Maintain a positive work environment and resolve conflicts. Measure and improve organizational climate — Engagement. Coordinate and monitor performance management processes. Provide feedback and guidance to employees and leaders. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Participate in corporate projects. Plan and manage the budget. Responsible for hiring direct and indirect personnel. Participate in defining the annual compensation package. Responsible for the site’s Recognition, Cultural, and Sports Program. Responsible for the Onboarding Program. Act as the Company’s representative on labor-related matters. Manage employment documentation. Handle corporate, legal, and compliance audits related to HR. Coordinate employee services such as transportation and cafeteria. Promote and monitor cultural, values-based, and ethical topics. Promote collaboration with universities and industrial associations.
