**Position Objective:** Manage material and human resources to achieve company objectives, complying with internal procedures, safety, environmental care, social responsibility, occupational health and safety standards, in order to meet annual production and operational expense budgets. **Job Functions:** * Plan, organize, and supervise lemon production to ensure all activities are properly carried out as scheduled, setting clear objectives for supervisors and foremen. * Review and approve the farm's payroll pre-list to ensure timely payment and adherence to the operational expense budget. * Confirm and validate weekly, quarterly, and annual fruit volume estimates and projections to be sent to the packing facility, verifying compliance with the annual budget. * Analyze and approve input and material requirements necessary for next week’s activities, ensuring timely requests and compliance with production and operational expense budgets. * Confirm fruit volumes, projections, characteristics, and commit to meeting specific customer needs. * Analyze production data and key performance indicators to generate necessary reports supporting decision-making by senior management. * Analyze and manage the implementation of improvements to company equipment and units to mechanize most operations, reduce breakdowns, and enhance productivity.
