Warehouse Coordinator

**Position Purpose** * Ensure efficient and timely flow of products, raw materials and/or finished goods, guaranteeing proper warehouse coordination and deliveries to our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of products. * Control inventories and ensure appropriate stock rotation. * Monitor delivery incidents promptly and ensure their timely resolution. * Collaborate with Production, Sales, and Quality departments to ensure order fulfillment. * Maintain reports on logistics indicators (e.g., turnover, shrinkage, complete and on-time deliveries). * Daily input into the ASPEL system. * Preparation and dispatch of shipments. * Proper storage of received materials and supplies. * Planning and scheduling of warehouse-related activities. * Monthly physical inventory counts. * Participation in implementation of the QMS (Quality Management System). **Requirements:** Engineering or Technical Superior University Degree (TSU) in Production Processes, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. **Experience:** 2 years in similar positions. **Skills and Competencies** * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Attention to detail and quality focus. * Leadership and supervision of operational staff. * Effective communication with suppliers and internal teams. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to deadlines. * Decision-making capability under urgent conditions.
