This position is responsible for filing claims within five business days of receipt, responding to carrier and customer inquiries promptly, and managing their assigned tickets. The Freight Claims Coordinator will also complete monthly reviews of claims that are over 90 days old, collaborating with the broader team to address any outstanding issues.
