EDUCATION: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Computer Systems, Electronics, Informatics, Automation, or related field. RESPONSIBILITIES: One year providing first-level technical service and support to various customers and users, covering both software and hardware. Strong ability to gather and understand customer requirements. Knowledge of information technologies: computer equipment, hardware, software, access control, CCTV, structured cabling, networks, communications, or related areas. Familiarity with service desk systems. Availability and willingness to work 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Basic knowledge of facility maintenance is desirable. SCHEDULE: 12 hours on / 36 hours off SALARY: Competitive gross salary plus statutory benefits; direct employment by the company with 100% payroll registration.
