Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive team member to support production, maintain quality and order, and collaborate in continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Operational support in loading, unloading, and line activities 2. Maintenance of quality and order under ISO 9001:2015 standard 3. Opportunity for training and development with no prior experience required **What will you do with us?** Your primary objective will be to meet production targets while ensuring each process adheres to the quality standards that define us. * **Operational Support:** Loading and unloading of materials, and assistance in general line activities. * **Line Maintenance:** Assisting with rinse changeovers and maintenance of solutions (filtration and decantation). * **Quality and Order:** Keeping your work area clean and organized under the ISO 9001:2015 standard\. * **Collaboration:** Reporting relevant incidents to your shift leader and working as a team toward continuous improvement. **What do we need from you?** * **Education:** Completed elementary school. * **Experience:** Not required (we will train you!). * **Skills:** Service-oriented attitude, punctuality, proactivity, and strong teamwork ability.
