Coordinador de Grupos & Banquetes
As a Groups and Banquets Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Generate contracts and BEOs in support of Senior Catering Managers Generate food and beverage revenue for groups and meetings of 50 or less guests with 10 or less guest room nights by responding to customer inquiries promptly Handles negotiations with meeting planners and generate Banquet Event Orders based on agreed contractual terms. Prepare and process all required paperwork to include BEOs for groups with room blocks of 10 or less, and all other related correspondences with clients Support daily distribution of BEO's, reader boards and change logs Maintain excellent working relationship from initial lead call through follow-up solicitation and maintain contact with all support departments, including banquets and functions room departments, until event conclusion Conduct property tours to promote facilities and services Work with Administrative Assistants in maintaining file room and proper stocking of Catering Marketing Collateral Represent the catering department as needed What are we looking for? Laboratory Coordinator
The Position Coordinate laboratory personnel, ensuring follow-up, support, and review of analysts so that product, material, and raw material analyses—as well as associated necessary activities—are conducted on time and in accordance with the required schedule, and are executed, reported, and reviewed in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Documentation, and Laboratory regulations and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities Appropriately employ and/or manage the human, material, and financial resources available to the Quality Control laboratory. Ensure that product, material, and raw material analyses are performed on time and correctly, in compliance with scheduling requirements, regulations, and internal procedures. Verify analytical results, ensure their compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide technical support to analysts for resolving physicochemical issues. Develop and update procedures, participate in audits, and ensure data integrity and compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and documentation standards. Conduct investigations of Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT), and Out-of-Expectation (OOE) results, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Execute and track corrective and/or preventive actions arising from deviations, OOS and/or OOT results, laboratory events, audit observations, and change control activities. Actively participate in audits and status alignment meetings; meet departmental performance indicators; and lead staff training, including on-the-job training. Requirements: Mandatory Professionals holding bachelor’s degrees in Chemistry-Biology-related fields, such as Pharmaceutical Chemist-Biologist, Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemist, Chemist-Bacteriologist-Parasitologist, Pharmaceutical Engineer, Biology, or related disciplines. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a physical, physicochemical, or chemical Quality Control laboratory, performing laboratory analysis, problem resolution, and leadership duties. Specialized laboratory service experience required. Intermediate to advanced level of English proficiency. Desirable Leadership experience. Source:Indeed
