We are a great team and would be delighted to have you join us! **Your responsibilities** **Objective:** Responsible for maintaining equipment operation and ensuring part production in terms of Quality, Cost–Productivity, and Time–Delivery under safe conditions. In collaboration with support departments, your work team, and Coordinator, perform preventive and corrective actions to improve equipment and manufactured product performance. **Key job activities:** * Inspect manufactured products and/or operate equipment, ensuring achievement of production targets (Quality, Cost–Productivity, and Time–Delivery). * Directly responsible for stopping machines in case of product or process deviations; also responsible for informing the Coordinator and support departments to take appropriate actions. * Perform and document tests on products according to control plans; ensure proper material traceability records. * Perform and coordinate your team during machine model changeovers, and ensure appropriate manufacturing conditions through release tests, adjustments, and verification of Poka\-Yoke systems. * Perform and document first-level maintenance (daily tasks, cleaning schedule) on machines. * Ensure safety conditions during operations, as well as operational control for environmental aspects. * Perform and document tests on the product according to control plans; ensure proper material traceability records. **Your profile** **Profile** Education: High school diploma or technical degree 18 months in position Experience: Automotive industry Computer software: Office Knowledge: * Model changeovers. * Machine stoppages. * Basic pneumatics. * Basic hydraulics. * Basic electrical/electronic systems. * Drawing interpretation. * LOTO. * Measurement system operation. * Calibrations and references. **Contact details** thyssenkrupp Presta de México, S.A. de C.V.
