Responsibilities * Create, record, and edit engaging content for TikTok and other digital platforms. * Propose innovative video ideas aligned with Motor Lab Shop's brand identity. * Participate in planning digital campaigns alongside the marketing team. * Capture content at the workshop to showcase services, processes, and real experiences. * Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements to posting strategies. Requirements * **Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field** (completed or in progress). * Demonstrable experience creating content for TikTok. * Proficiency in mobile editing apps (CapCut, TikTok, Reels, or similar). * Creativity, proactivity, and teamwork skills. * Availability to work on-site in Puebla (Av. 63\-A Oriente No. 1005\).
