**General Description** Responsible for managing the 3 specialties (civil, mechanical and electrical) and the operation process (start-up and commissioning of approved detailed engineering), considering office administration tasks and field execution during all project phases: planning, execution, supervision, control and closure, ensuring that time, cost, scope and quality objectives are met. Leads the coordination of multidisciplinary teams and resources, guarantees alignment of projects with the company's strategic objectives and ensures delivery of results meeting client expectations. **Specific Description** **Project Definition and Planning:** * Establish project objectives, scope, deliverables and goals in collaboration with stakeholders. * Prepare the work plan including schedules, budgets and required resources. * Identify key milestones and design contingency plans for potential risks**.** * Project Charter and Responsibility Matrix with the client. * Thoroughly understand the project contract, ICR's technical and economic proposal, and the client's scope, specifications and requirements. **Resource Management:** * Assign and manage human, technical and financial project resources. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure resource availability according to needs. * Communicate with the procurement department to ensure purchases align with the budget. * Supervise efficient resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle**.** **Supervision and Execution:** * Monitor daily progress and ensure compliance with established schedules and milestones. * Periodically review project advancement and make adjustments as necessary. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and client requirements. * Weekly meetings and reports to the client. * Coordinate suppliers and third parties. **Risk Management:** * Identify, analyze and manage risks, developing mitigation plans and preventive measures. * Handle unforeseen events that may arise, minimizing delays or deviations. **Communication:** * Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including periodic updates on project status. * Prepare and present reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and clarity in progress. **Leadership:** * Foster collaboration, motivation and team commitment. * Resolve team conflicts and promote a harmonious work environment. * Provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring everyone understands their roles**.** **Control and Monitoring:** * Supervise and control project costs, keeping them within the approved budget. * Implement safety, quality and time control processes throughout all project phases. * Manage financial deviations and justify changes to stakeholders**.** * Measurement of indicators **Project Closure:** * Formalize the administrative and operational closure of the project, delivering all approved results. * Prepare final project reports and document lessons learned and best practices. * Ensure smooth project handover to operations, if applicable. **Continuous Improvement:** * Evaluate outcomes and propose improvements for future projects. * Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team and among other project managers.
