We are a great team and would be delighted to have you join us! **Your responsibilities** ------------------------- **Objective:** Provide technical support and training to production adjusters and operators regarding productive equipment, ensuring achievement of S2QDC targets while complying with SST requirements and applying TKPS. **Key activities:** * Deliver training on operating productive equipment and resolving process adjustments. * Promote the generation and implementation of process improvements. * Provide technical support during operations related to new project development. * Propose improvements to facilitate, optimize, and secure operations by applying TKPS tools. * Submit technical reports to the shift supervisor / coach upon completion of each production shift. * Train production operators and adjusters, monitor their performance, and report results. * Participate in the team developing tests for new products, tools, materials, and devices. * Support the production area in covering operator or technician absences at machines. **Your profile** ---------------- **Profile** Education: Technical degree Experience: 5 years as an adjuster or similar role.
