We are looking for a **JAVA DEVELOPER** ### **Key Responsibilities** * Technical definition and development of new services. * Participation in key architecture and technical standards decisions. * Ensuring development, testing, and CI/CD best practices. * Driving continuous improvement and automation. * Contributing to the adaptation of the global platform to Mexico’s requirements. ### **Position Requirements** **Education and Experience** * Technical degree (Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field). * Solid foundations in object-oriented design and programming. * Knowledge of design patterns and architectures. * Proven experience developing with **Java \+ Spring Boot**. * Cloud environment experience is desirable. **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in **Java, Maven, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch**. * Experience with **CI/CD**, automated testing, Git, and cloud deployments. * Desired knowledge of **IaC**, Agile, MongoDB, ElasticSearch. * Plus: Linux, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Go, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD. **Interpersonal Skills** * Effective communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. * Autonomy, proactivity, and results orientation. * Ability to make informed technical decisions. **Languages** * English proficiency at **B2/C1 level** is valued for technical communication.
