Our company stands out for offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment, professional growth opportunities, and a committed and passionate team. **Job Requirements** * Minimum education: University degree without title / Professional residency. * Required Job Profile: Industrial Engineering / Process Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering * Experience in leading projects and continuous improvement methodologies involving multifunctional teams. **Job Responsibilities:** * Drive factory results through competency development, coaching, and audits of NCE (Nestlé Continuous Excellence) systems, practices, and tools. * Define and create the management structure for digital tools, aiming to ensure data reliability, classification, and tracking of productivity losses. * Promote competency development to foster a zero-loss culture, integrating different Problem Solving tools with TPM and Lean, according to the maturity of factories in NCE implementation. * Support the management and implementation of the factory's Focused Improvement pillar. * Ensure competencies within the production team and guarantee compliance with manufacturing standards (St 21\.908 and productive Health Checks) of the factory and their indicators, challenging their effectiveness and the consistency of implemented improvements versus obtained results through reduction/elimination of losses.
