*This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening for Lehma Consultores in Avila Camacho - San Pedro Cholula, Puebla** Leading manufacturer of aluminum industrial parts is seeking a Quality and Engineering Coordinator. **Knowledge:** * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems * Knowledge of ISO 9001 current quality management systems **Competencies:** * Leadership * Communication * Organization * Problem solving * Responsibility **Education:** Desirable engineering degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgical fields. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with established standards and objectives. * Coordinate internal and external audits, manage corrective actions and prevent non-conformities. * Monitor quality and engineering indicators, lead review meetings and propose improvements in processes, products and systems. * Ensure staff training on key QMS topics and maintain up-to-date training records. * Control system documentation, issue quality certificates and perform laboratory analysis to ensure product conformity. * Evaluate suppliers, manage semi-annual performance reviews and maintain an updated list of approved suppliers. * Represent the department during audits, act as liaison with certification bodies and assume leadership responsibilities when required. Must have availability to work rotating shifts. Minimum desirable experience: 2 years in a similar position.
