Satisfying the customer in a safe environment with teamwork. **Activities:** * Participate in the development and execution of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs. * Reduce Equipment Downtime, respecting and ensuring compliance with Maintenance schedules. * Define critical spare parts lists per machine. * Prepare for maintenance activities based on work order information. * Perform maintenance using technical equipment information. * Ensure lockout/tagout procedures are applied before equipment intervention. * Respect and contribute to adherence to the maintenance budget by proposing cost-saving improvements for reduction. * Document daily activities performed on work orders. * Make improvement proposals and implement them to optimize equipment performance. **None** -------- **Profile:** Education: Electronic Technician Experience: 3\-5 years of experience in Cold Forging processes, in the Automotive or Metalworking industry. Knowledge: Electronic controls, CNC machining, Cold Forging, PLCs, Frequency Drives, Blueprint interpretation, Sinumerik 840C and 840D, ABB Robots, Step 7, Step 5, CNC Fanuc. Induction heating systems, mechanical flywheel presses, Beckhoff control systems.
