Customer portals: Customer portals: Ford, Chrysler, GM, VW, BMW. English: Conversational \- Business fluent Minimum of 3 years of experience performing disponent duties. \* Main responsibilities: Direct contact with our Tier-1 automotive customers. Reconcile received and shipped quantities with customers. Receive and verify customer requirements in the system, register them manually and/or automatically. Reconcile information regarding customer shipments. Verify compliance with shipping schedules and/or requirements, and implement corrective actions in case of non-compliance. Monitor our customers' portals: Ford, Chrysler, GM, VW, BMW, among others. Understand and follow up assigned customer portals and meet their requirements. Schedule shipments to customers timely and accurately. Provide support in EDI/ASN administration regarding shipping orders, demand forecasts, and transmission errors. Track delivery and return of empty equipment from customers and suppliers. Participate in supply chain security certifications OEA, NEEC, and CTPAT, ISO 9001, ISO IATF, ISO 14001.
