The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, knowledge of materials, suppliers, and quotation processes, as well as the ability to work toward objectives and meet deadlines. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements. * Perform quantity, cost, and time estimations. * Request and compare quotes from suppliers. * Prepare financial reports and proposals for clients or internal departments. * Monitor changes in costs, materials, or specifications. * Maintain an updated database of prices and suppliers. **Requirements** * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.** * Minimum of **1 to 2 years** of experience in estimating, budgeting, or quotations. * Intermediate to advanced **Excel** skills and basic knowledge of **AutoCAD, Neodata, or similar software.** * Knowledge of reading blueprints, construction materials, and building processes. * Ability to work accurately, organized, and detail-focused. **Desired Competencies** * Analytical thinking and attention to detail. * Supplier negotiation skills. * Commitment, punctuality, and teamwork. * Results-driven with timely execution. **We Offer** * Salary of **$14,000 net per month**, with **punctual weekly payments.** * Job stability and opportunities for long-term growth. * Professional and collaborative work environment. * Training on internal tools and processes.
