Job Summary: Design, optimize, and standardize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with standards through analysis and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Process improvement implementation Job Objective Design, optimize, and standardize production processes through time studies, line balancing, stoppage analysis, and continuous improvement, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with IATF and FMEA standards. Main Responsibilities * Line balancing (based on demand/JPH) * Cycle time analysis * Line stoppage analysis and reduction * Creation and validation of workstation operations * Layout design and improvement * Use of 3D design software (CAD) * Excel data analysis (intermediate–advanced, macros) * Process improvement implementation * Coordination with production, quality, and maintenance teams * Adherence to escalation methodology Requirements * Plant experience (manufacturing) * Knowledge of cycle times * Basic knowledge of FMEA * Intermediate–advanced Excel proficiency Gross Salary Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Do you have automotive industry experience (1 year)? * What is your current salary expectation? * Do you have line balancing experience? * Do you have experience analyzing line stoppages?
