**Neighborhood Promoter - Cell** As a neighborhood promoter, you will focus on carrying out social work activities aimed at promoting neighborhood integration and participation through the development of community social fabric. **Your main challenges will be:** * Designing and implementing community diagnostics for intervention areas to identify their needs and interests. * Proposing work projects to improve coexistence within communities. * Organizing park committees in the communities targeted for intervention. * Organizing and guiding communities and their committees in developing activities and projects to preserve urban image and park cleanliness. * Designing, implementing, and/or managing community training courses or workshops. * Preparing monthly indicator reports.
