Requirements: * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * Proficiency in Excel. * Experience with SAP or other ERP systems. * 2 years of experience as Warehouse Supervisor, Operations and Logistics in Retail companies. * Availability to work flexible hours. Responsibilities: Ensure achievement of established performance indicators by managing resources and making decisions aimed at optimal warehouse operations performance, guaranteeing service levels to internal and external customers. Manage and safeguard warehouse inventories by monitoring counts performed by Warehouse Supervisors to maintain accurate inventory control and prevent discrepancies. Coordinate daily operational activities within the warehouse through proper allocation of resources. Minimize and control product shrinkage generated during daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper identification and correct placement within the warehouse layout.
