IT Project / PMO Coordinator

PMO Project Coordinator Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and controlling all project phases, from initiation to delivery to the client. The primary function is to ensure efficient project execution through strategic planning, supervision of operational teams, progress tracking, resource optimization, and constant communication with management, stakeholders, and clients. **Responsibilities** **Planning and Organization:** * Develop, document, and update the project Work Plan, including schedules, budgets, and task assignments. * Present the Work Plan to the client during kick-off meetings. * Define the project team, assign responsibilities, and ensure availability and efficiency. * Develop strategic plans and project management methodologies to optimize team resources. **Coordination and Monitoring:** * Supervise daily activities of operational and development teams, ensuring deliverables and quality standards are met. * Track progress using key performance indicators (KPIs), progress reports, and periodic meetings. * Manage project logistics: materials, supplies, tools, and required resources. * Act as a liaison between IT, operations, marketing teams, and clients to ensure effective communication. **Change Management and PMO:** * Handle change requests and maintain a record of approved changes. * Develop the work breakdown structure and the project communication plan. * Document lessons learned. **Project Closure:** * Prepare the Delivery Acceptance Document and verify that all deliverables meet client requirements. * Coordinate closure meetings, documenting lessons learned and best practices. * Prepare a Technical Report and/or Photographic Report providing comprehensive documentation of project execution. **Communication and Reporting:** * Maintain regular communication with project managers, stakeholders, and clients. * Prepare periodic reports (weekly/monthly) on progress, activities, resources, and risks. **Requirements and Knowledge** * Bachelor's degree or engineering in Telecommunications, Networks, Information Technology, or related field. * Experience in coordination and execution of technical and IT projects (2\-5 years desirable). * PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or ITIL certification (desirable). * Knowledge of methodologies: Scrum, Agile, PMI. * Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project. * Knowledge of networks, telecommunications, and IT infrastructure. * Advanced Excel and Office suite proficiency. * Leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and change management skills. * Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and optimize resources. * Willingness to travel occasionally.
