Main Responsibilities * **Inspection of new vehicles:** * Thoroughly check the exterior and interior aesthetic condition of vehicles (paint, finishes, panels, upholstery, etc.). * Detect visual defects such as scratches, dents, stains, or incomplete finishes. * **Accessory verification:** * Confirm that each vehicle includes all required accessories, such as manuals, tools, keys, floor mats, and electronic equipment. * Report and manage missing or damaged accessories. * **Functional quality control:** * Test the proper operation of lights, electrical systems, mirrors, and other essential vehicle components. * Ensure internal systems such as air conditioning and multimedia function properly. * **Report generation:** * Document inspection findings in established formats. * Immediately report any anomalies to the Quality Supervisor to take corrective actions. * **Preparation for transport:** * Confirm that vehicles are ready to be loaded onto carriers, meeting required quality standards. * Supervise the loading process if necessary to prevent damage during transportation. REQUIREMENTS Job Requirements * **Education:** Completed secondary or high school (preferably with technical training in related fields). * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in quality inspection or areas related to the automotive industry. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Inspection and quality control processes. * Basic knowledge of automotive components. * Proficiency with reporting tools and quality systems.
