**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Provide **legal advice** and conduct client visits in the retail sector to address inquiries and deliver effective solutions.
* **Attend and follow up on matters before Public Prosecutors’ Offices (Fiscalías)**, ensuring efficient representation.
* **Manage hearings** related to assigned incidents, guaranteeing compliance with legal procedures.
* **Update internal system records**, entering and controlling case-related data.
* Identify and **resolve clients’ legal issues, preparing detailed reports for each situation.**
* Deliver **legal guidance tailored to client needs**, strengthening the knowledge of involved teams.
**REQUIREMENTS**
* Bachelor’s degree in Law with **mandatory Professional License (Cédula Profesional).**
* **Proven experience** in criminal proceedings.
* **Personal vehicle (car or motorcycle)** to facilitate field mobility.
* **Flexible availability regarding schedule and travel**, ensuring proper case handling.
* Complete basic employment documentation in **current and valid formats**, including **birth certificate, INE (National Electoral Institute ID), RFC (Taxpayer Registry Code), Professional License (Cédula Profesional), and academic transcript.**
* **Residence in PACHUCA \- HIDALGO (MANDATORY)**
