Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure safety and efficiency in operations, utility plant maintenance, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for operations and maintenance of utility services 2. Management of 5S, QCC, WCM systems and loss minimization 3. O&M team training and development **A leading automotive manufacturing company located in Derramadero, Coahuila invites you to join its workforce** **Profile** Ensure safety in utility plant operations and maintenance. Ensure compliance with PCB standards across all utility operations. Responsible for the efficient operation of boilers, coal handling plants, water treatment plants, compressors, hot water generators, cooling towers, curing utilities including vacuum systems, hydraulic systems, PRS stations, HVAC, chillers, and other auxiliaries. Responsible for the efficient distribution of all utility services throughout the plant. Responsible for supplying all utility services to end-user departments according to quality standards and specifications. O&M team training and development. Implement and ensure adoption of all systems such as 5S, QCC, WCM. Minimize losses in operations. Ensure all utility KPIs—including steam, water, and energy consumption—meet plant targets. **Requirements** English Minimum 3 years of experience Completed bachelor's degree Strong knowledge of boiler operation and water chemistry.
