Main Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support and administer servers and/or telecommunications equipment. Track and close internal and client requests or incidents. Configure hardware and install and configure software and drivers. Maintain and repair technological equipment or peripheral devices. Install LAN/WAN and other networks. Perform administrative tasks specific to the department. Gross monthly salary: $13,054.20.
