Opportunity for professional development training and mentoring As an Electrical Engineering Development Professional, you will join the technical team to learn and contribute to real-world projects in the electrical field. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Supporting electrical drawing and diagram design and review using tools such as AutoCAD * Collaborating on electrical systems analysis and preparation of basic calculation reports * Participating in technical specification drafting, reporting, and project documentation * Ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations and guidelines in assigned tasks * Monitoring field activities and testing under supervision of area specialists * Participating in training programs, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to accelerate your professional development For this Electrical Engineering Development Professional position, we seek high-potential talent oriented toward learning and genuinely interested in growing within electrical projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience) * Basic knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and safety * Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Excel, and/or technical software (preferred) * Basic/intermediate English proficiency (preferred) * Proactive, analytical attitude with strong willingness to learn * Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to an innovative environment **We offer:** * $9,500 MXN per month * Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * 1-hour lunch break * Monday to Friday Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $9,500.00 MXN per month Work location: On-site employment
