Professional stability and growth **Junior Title Analyst** A leading residential developer with over 50 years in the market is seeking talent to join its team. **Job Objective:** Efficiently, accurately, and promptly manage payment, refund, and document control processes related to real estate transactions, ensuring accounting, tax, and closing timeline compliance. **Main Responsibilities:** **1\. Refunds** * Calculate and process customer refunds for cancellations or credit balances * Monitor timelines and formats per internal policies **2\. Commission Payments** * Calculate commissions for sales, deed registrations, and support activities * Issue purchase orders **3\. Payments to Notaries** * Manage payments for deed registrations * Request invoices from notaries for tax and fee payments * Monitor invoicing and track executed payments **4\. Appraisal Units** * Request invoices from appraisal units * Monitor payments related to commercial appraisals **5\. Document Control** * Archive and safeguard receipts, payment orders, invoices, contracts, and notarial acknowledgments * Verify tax requirements (RFC, CFDI usage) * Manage, track, and update contracts **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (preferred) * Must reside near the Paseo Destino area or have no transportation constraints **Competencies:** * Accuracy and attention to detail * Analytical thinking * Organization and time management * Information analysis * Problem solving * Clear communication * Professional commitment and ethics **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $11,845 * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Professional stability and growth Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: $11,945.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Employee discounts * Company parking * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
