Description
**Generic Description:**
Diagnose PCB units according to established procedures from the FA and manufacturing areas, reporting any potential risk of endemic or pandemic failures or quality issues; lead assigned technicians and resolve problems arising during the production line shift; prepare detailed reports for the Senior FA Engineer to prevent production line losses due to excessive failures, low yield, or reduced speed affecting productivity; develop and review failure reports.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide support for failures on Flying Probe, ICT, E\-Test, JTAG, FT, and CUSTOM test equipment.
* Address production line requirements.
* Perform basic debugging of units on test equipment.
* Conduct intermediate diagnosis of units on test equipment and fixtures.
* Understand EDCS relevant to the FA area.
* Knowledge of IPC standards and fundamental electronics.
* Complete mandatory Foxconn training courses.
* Fully comply with execution and documentation of failure reports and cookbooks requested by the engineer.
* Achieve the weekly target defined in the project scorecard.
* Achieve the Downtime target defined in the project scorecard.
* Maintain zero disciplinary records in personnel file due to non-compliance with assigned tasks, absences, or tardiness.
* Maintain zero discrepancies in ISO, EHS, ESD, and 5S audits.
* Keep the work area organized and compliant with 5S standards.
* Perform cleaning of own work area.
* Collaborate in implementing Quality Management Systems, EHS, and Asset Security systems, as well as Social Responsibility, Ethics and Labor Standards, NOM\-035 (Psychosocial Risk Factors at Work), and Information Security.
* Provide support and training to Advisor and SR Technical Specialists.
* Review reports prepared by Advisor and SR technicians.
* Lead Advisor, SR, and Staff technicians, and report progress to the Senior Engineer.
* Review reports prepared by technicians and present them to the customer.
* Conduct technician evaluations as directed by the Senior FA Engineer.
* Present metrics per department guidelines, adhering to the structure established by the department.
**Job Requirements and Skills:**
**Education:** Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
**Language:** English 50%
