




As the Area Learning and Development Manager at Belmond, you will play a critical role in shaping and elevating our organizational culture through effective talent management strategies. If you're ready to enhance your skills and contribute to the future of luxury, this is your moment. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Defining and leading the Organizational Development strategy by identifying training and development needs across various properties, high potentials, and leadership groups, ensuring the design, implementation, and measurement of programs that enhance competencies and contribute to talent sustainability. * Developing and executing the Talent Attraction strategy, enhancing Belmond's position as an employer brand, and strategically managing the database of potential candidates. * Deploying and ensuring the implementation of global Learning \& Development initiatives, adapting them for understanding in all properties. * Designing and facilitating training programs that align with organizational needs and local/global requirements, utilizing effective learning methodologies. * Leading and overseeing the Performance Management process (Rise), advising and supporting leaders and teams in setting objectives, follow\-up, and evaluation. * Managing organizational culture to promote behaviors aligned with Belmond values, articulating employee experience initiatives and internal communication. * Designing and ensuring a corporate and position\-specific onboarding process for new talent, enhancing cultural integration and accelerating productivity. * Identifying and developing internal trainers, while supervising the quality of departmental training. * Updating and improving recruitment, training, and development policies to align with global standards and local needs. * Managing the area budget from planning through execution and resource optimization. * Advising the SST area on designing and deploying mandatory training, ensuring methodological quality and regulatory compliance. * Ensuring the deployment and understanding of key global programs (BEAT, OMR, RISE, leadership, etc.), ensuring strategic alignment and results measurement. * Managing and promoting educational benefits, including partnerships with educational institutions and continuous training programs, ensuring adequate dissemination and follow\-up. * Ensuring compliance with the code of conduct, labor regulations, and SST obligations according to local laws and Belmond's global policies. * Leading and managing the L\&D team, consisting of Head of Recruitment, Training \& Development, Learning \& Development Assistant, Internal Communication Intern, and L\&D Intern. **Requirements:** **What you bring to the role:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Communications, or related fields. * 3 years of experience in the role at ultra\-luxury hotels managing multiple properties. * Full knowledge of LQA, Forbes, and EarthCheck. * Experience in Quality Assurance and Guest Satisfaction (ReviewPro / Internal Audits). * Knowledge of Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) and Commissions. • **Benefits:** * Competitive salary and benefit scheme above the law * Private Health Insurance * Life insurance * Saving Found and food coupons.
