(Professional title and license). On the sports fields: · Teach and uphold school culture. · Ensure high academic rigor. · Maintain and promote healthy interpersonal relationships among students, parents, and school staff. · Adhere to class schedule—currently **16 hours per week** · Follow school routines, ensuring students have the necessary materials for sports classes · Report student progress timely and accurately. 2\. Implementation of the SER Academic Model: · Use academic tools designed for classroom instruction. · Participate in training sessions. · Monitor each student’s progress toward achieving sports excellence. · Participate in SER community activities. 3\. Professional Development: · Actively participate in 100% of professional development programs (trainings). · Participate in and implement one-on-one feedback received from the school leader or SER team. · Attend summer training sessions. 4\.
