Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Construction Supervisor with experience in electrical construction and project management to oversee the progress and quality of installations. Quality and construction timeline management EEECOE ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION HIRING: ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR LOCAL HIRING REQUIRED — MUST RESIDE IN GUADALAJARA (GDL) OR THE GUADALAJARA METROPOLITAN AREA (ZMG)! REQUIREMENTS: Education: Degree in Electromechanical or Electrical Engineering ONLY Mandatory experience in low-voltage electrical construction; medium-voltage experience preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in this role SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Electrical Codes Electrical Installations Generators Estimates Knowledge and application of cost control, schedule control, deadline management, and work quality assurance AutoCAD proficiency Experience in vertical construction projects of at least 10 floors RESPONSIBILITIES: Material requisition, review of assigned project blueprints and engineering documents, preparation of construction schedules, meeting minutes, and logbook management Prepare conduit release reports Perform conduit checklist Receive conduits from respective departments Prepare cable installation release reports Supervise overall construction progress Verify timelines and completed work Maintain updated blueprints Review and approve estimates WE OFFER: Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:30 hrs Statutory benefits (e.g., 15-day year-end bonus, 12-day vacation, vacation premium, etc.) Salary: MXN $22,000–$25,000 net monthly, depending on experience If you meet the requirements and are interested in this position, please apply through this channel. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education — Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Knowledge: Estimates, Generators, Electrical Installations, Electrical Codes, Construction Processes, Construction Supervision Driver’s license: Class B Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: resident, supervisor, manager, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, project manager, team leader, construction, construction, building, build, building construction
