File management and onboarding A private security company is hiring **Field Recruiters** in the **Metropolitan Area** of **Guadalajara, Jal.** **We offer:** * Starting salary of $12,000 MXN per month (tax-free) * Additional bonuses * Gasoline allowance * Statutory benefits **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, either from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM or from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM **Responsibilities:** * Follow up with candidates throughout their hiring process * Provide support to candidates regarding their questions * Manage and onboard new employees' files * **Field recruitment** **Requirements:** * Personal vehicle or motorcycle * **Experience in field recruitment** Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
