




**Job Objective** Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of industrial park construction projects, ensuring compliance with schedules, costs, and quality standards, as well as effective communication with clients, contractors, and authorities. Main Responsibilities: · Project planning and control: Define schedules, milestones, and deliverables using PMI methodologies (desirable) and Lean Construction. · Supervise construction progress and performance. · Cost and budget control: Develop and monitor budgets and reports. · Risk management: Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, financial, and operational risks. · Generate communication plans between headquarters and site operations. Candidate Requirements. · **Academic Background**: Civil Engineering or Architecture · **Experience**: · Minimum 2 years in construction project management. · Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams. · **Technical Skills**: · Lean Construction, Last Planner System. · ERP and digital management tools (Add control or similar). · PMI certification desirable. **Soft Skills**: · Leadership and negotiation. · Clear and effective communication with clients and teams. · Results-oriented with problem-solving ability and strategic thinking.
