At WSP, we foster a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive culture where every individual can grow their career and contribute to building future-ready environments. **About This Opportunity** At WSP Mexico, we are seeking a Junior Structural Engineer to join our team, participating in the development of structural projects under the guidance of senior professionals and in coordination with multidisciplinary teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the analysis and design of new and existing structures in accordance with applicable codes and technical standards. * Compile, analyze, and interpret technical information required for structural project development. * Prepare technical documentation, including calculation reports, technical reports, specifications, and drawings in AutoCAD and/or Revit. * Verify compliance with regulatory and quality-related structural requirements defined for each project. * Provide technical opinions on specific project aspects, commensurate with experience level and under supervision. * Collaborate with the team on continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures within the department. **Requirements and Professional Background** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in structural projects in Mexico and/or involvement in projects governed by U.S. standards. * Experience in small-scale projects meeting specific client requirements. * Fundamental knowledge of structural engineering and associated codes. * Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as SAP, SAFE, ETABS, RAM, RISA, TEKLA, or similar. * Experience with drafting tools and BIM environments, such as AutoCAD and Revit. * English proficiency at B1 level (spoken and written), with ability to understand technical documentation. * Prior experience in collaborative environments and international-scope projects is desirable. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join a multinational company with high technical standards and sustained growth. * Involvement in multidisciplinary projects with national, regional, and global reach. * WSP Global’s “Own It” initiative. * Periodic performance evaluations and organizational climate surveys. * An environment that promotes learning, professional development, and collaboration. \#LI\-VVB \#Mexico **Primary Location** MX\-CIUDAD DE MÉXICO**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Regular**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 3**Job Posting** Mar 16, 2026, 7:04:09 AM
