Responsibilities * Assist in the creation, editing, maintenance, and optimization of project schedules for multiple large simultaneous projects using scheduling tools such as **P6 Primavera** and **Microsoft Project**. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify detailed tasks, durations, dependencies, and resources to build the schedule. * Help create a dynamic project schedule with minimal task constraints. * Perform analysis, assessment, and forecasting of the project's current status against the established baseline schedule. Identify delays and potential risks. * Conduct **Critical Path Analysis (CPA)** and establish a schedule baseline and/or a **Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB)**. * Document and manage the process of updating and modifying schedule progress. Education and Experience * Knowledge of project scheduling software such as **Primavera P6** and **MS Project, primarily P6\.** * Understanding of industry/construction practices, processes, and work sequences and their impact on project scheduling activities. * Technical ability to analyze information, prepare reports, and improve efficiency. * Ability to work in a team, with the capability to work independently to meet deadlines, objectives, and goals. * Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills. * **Advanced English required.** * Analyze subcontractor schedules to ensure best practices in dynamic scheduling and detect potential hidden issues. * Create progress tracking reports.
