Appreciation for attention to detail, manual dexterity, and teamwork. **Job Profile: Maintenance Services Technician** **Job Objective:** Supply air, steam, refrigeration, and potable water services to production areas with required quality, timeliness, and reliability, while complying with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP) and industrial safety regulations. **1\. Academic Requirements and Experience** * **Education:** University Higher Technician (TSU) or Mechanical, Electromechanical, or related Engineer. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in cooling system maintenance. **2\. Technical Knowledge:** * Operation of machinery room equipment / REFRIGERATION SYSTEM (AMMONIA) * Boilers * Compressed air system * Potable water system * Steam generation * Natural gas systems **3\. Competencies and Skills** * **Attention to Detail:** Meticulous in calibrations and cleaning of the work area. * **Manual Dexterity:** Skill in disassembling, repairing, and reassembling precision instruments. * **Teamwork:** Collaboration with production and mechanical maintenance teams. * **Logical Approach:** Methodical in diagnosing electrical/electronic failures.
