**FINANCIERA TUIIO OF BANCO SANTANDER** Credit Coordinator Mandatory experience in this position as leader of group credit or similar; knowledge of the local area; teamwork skills / personnel management; collections and delinquency control **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead a team of 6 to 10 Credit Advisors * Coordinate activities related to portfolio promotion, placement, and recovery * Handle difficult collections * Approve credit applications * Train personnel under supervision * Validate processes according to methodology * Develop strategies to achieve objectives * 80% fieldwork Profile: * Minimum two years’ recent experience in this role * Experience managing field sales personnel * Preferably possess personal transportation * Familiarity with the local area **WE OFFER:** * Direct employment contract with the company. * Competitive base salary of MXN 15,000 plus MXN 2,000 transportation allowance * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Days off: Sundays, statutory holidays, and bank holidays (Saturdays off may be granted based on performance) * Benefits exceeding legal requirements from day one. * Uncapped commissions. * 15 days of vacation during the first year. * 15 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Vacation premium. * Life insurance. * Uniforms and work tools. * Major medical expense insurance. * Funeral expense coverage.
