**Purpose of the Position** To organize, structure, and develop the organization’s human talent, supporting the transition from entrepreneurship to a formal company through the implementation of clear processes, legal compliance, a strong organizational culture, and people management practices that drive the business’s sustainable growth. **Key Responsibilities** **Talent Management and Organization** * Design and implement the organizational structure, job descriptions, and reporting lines. * Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes aligned with business needs. * Administer employment contracts in accordance with the Federal Labor Law. * Monitor employee performance, incidents, attendance, and development. **Processes and Legal Compliance** * Ensure compliance with labor obligations, internal regulations, and company policies. * Maintain confidential and orderly personnel files, keeping them up to date. * Support accurate payroll, vacation, leave, and benefits administration. * Implement the internal work regulations and organizational policies. **Culture and Organizational Development** * Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, accountability, and growth. * Design basic training and development plans. * Support leaders and employees on communication, workplace climate, and conflict resolution. * Promote workplace well-being and work–life balance practices. **Strategic Support to Leadership** * Translate the business vision into clear people management practices. * Propose improvements to internal processes as the company grows. * Generate basic HR metrics reports (turnover, attendance, performance).
