Nephrologist Physician
Requirements:
Specialization in Nephrology; possession of a Professional Degree and Professional License is mandatory.
Experience in:
· 1–2 years in hemodialysis units.
· Professional records.
· Medical consultations and emergency care.
· Placement of vascular access.
Main Functions:
Ø Organize, supervise, and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery in the hemodialysis unit.
Ø Possess general knowledge of institutional systems and policies to ensure their implementation and enhance patient safety.
Ø Participate in risk identification and prioritization, as well as in the integration and implementation of Critical Systems.
Ø Comply with and verify compliance of clinical, necrological, and certification-standard-related indicators among physicians assigned to the unit.
Ø Conduct training, onboarding, and initial evaluation of newly hired medical personnel.
Ø Serve as a consultant for medical and nursing staff to foster knowledge sharing among colleagues within the department.
Ø Perform initial evaluations for all patients entering hemodialysis treatment, including a complete physical examination and medical history.
Ø Perform placement, collection, and removal of temporary vascular access when clinically indicated, and document in the clinical record.
Ø Continuously carry out pharmacovigilance activities during hemodialysis treatment.
SALARY NEGOTIABLE
Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term
Salary: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per month
