Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, analytical, and operationally focused Warehouse and Procurement Analyst to ensure efficient control of inventories, procurement, and material supply. Key Highlights: 1. Internal requisition management and purchase tracking. 2. Warehouse control and physical and cyclic inventory management. 3. Report preparation and file compilation. \- ***Location: Centro Sur, Querétaro, Qro. // WILLINGNESS TO RELOCATE*** \- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM We are seeking an organized, analytical, and operationally focused **Warehouse and Procurement Analyst** to ensure efficient control of inventories, procurement, and material supply. **Responsibilities:** * Manage internal requisitions and track purchases. * Monitor delivery timelines for goods and services. * Receive, organize, and label products. * Control warehouse operations and conduct physical and cyclic inventory counts. * Manage maximum/minimum stock levels, shrinkage, and adjustments. * Code and record materials. * Prepare reports and compile files. * Participate in process audits. * Maintain inventory records for internal and external technicians. **Requirements:** * Technical degree, Bachelor’s degree, or Engineering degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 6 months of experience in: * Inventory control * Procurement and requisitions * Receiving and coding of materials * Stock and shrinkage reporting * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, formulas). * ERP experience (CONTPAQi, Zoho, or similar). * Age between 25 and 35 years. **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail * Effective communication * Time management * Results orientation * Teamwork **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development opportunities * Excellent work environment Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
