VINOPREMIER: An e-commerce company specializing in the distribution, marketing, and sale of wine, spirits, and gourmet products, is seeking to add a Floor Manager to its team of hospitality professionals for its Wine Bar located in Zona Plateada, Pachuca de Soto, Hidalgo. Candidate Requirements: * Completed high school diploma. * At least 3 years of experience in hospitality and 2 years of experience as a Floor Manager. * Experience working in teams. * Customer-oriented and committed to excellence in work. * Sales-oriented. * Good personal appearance. * Proactive, responsible, organized, and honest. * Basic knowledge of the wine and cocktail industry is desirable. * Knowledge of foreign languages is desirable. Job Responsibilities: * Attend to customers, suggesting the purchase of various menu items. * Advise customers on the selection and purchase of wines and spirits. * Serve food and beverages as requested by customers. * Perform and manage inventory. * Carry out daily cash register reconciliations. * Remove excess cash from the register and deliver it to the supervisor. * Supervise the schedules of other waitstaff. * Stock and arrange products in the store. * Maintain and set up facilities. * Ensure that equipment, materials, and supplies are adequate for service delivery.
