Supervise and manage purchasing and warehouse teams **Job Description** A company originally from Hidalgo, located in the industrial zone of Mineral de la Reforma, with 17 years in the market, operating in the automotive sector and specializing in the wholesale distribution of engine parts; it has a single branch. \*We are not manufacturers — only distributors **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or Engineer in Commerce or International Business, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 4 years of experience as a **PROCUREMENT MANAGER**, preferably with aftermarket experience. * **Advanced English proficiency is mandatory** * Advanced Excel \- BI, Dashboard * **Additional studies focused on this area will be considered a plus.** **Skills:** * Teamwork * Leadership * Dynamism * Responsibility * Highly organized with controls and follow-ups * Proactivity * Discretion and confidentiality * Effective communication * Must possess a valid driver's license **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop procurement strategies and policies to ensure timely availability of required products and materials * Generate and analyze POs (Purchase Orders) for domestic and international markets * Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers * Prepare reports and/or presentations for senior management * Track contracts and commercial proposals * Supervise inventory integrity by establishing necessary parameters to meet customer demand * Supervise and manage the purchasing team, ensuring high performance and effective coordination between purchasing and warehouse operations * Monitor and control procurement documentation * Maintain constant communication with departments involved in the procurement process * Monitor supplier performance * Coordinate with relevant departments regarding goods receipt, verifying that shipments match purchase orders * Efficient and professional conflict management * Immediate resolution of backordered items affecting service levels * Cost reduction * Accompany and track shipments * Define measurable strategies and objectives for the team * Establish annual strategies for inventory reduction planning * Desirable but not mandatory: familiarity with **Aspel and Odoo** systems Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including meal break); Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
