The **Client Advisor** is responsible for acting as Brand Ambassador and delivering an exciting, **MAGNIFICENT**, and memorable experience for our clients. This position operates under the direct supervision of the **Store Manager** and collaborates with other members of the **sales team** to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service. Job responsibilities **Essential Responsibilities:** * Contribute to achieving store KPIs and service goals through proactive and consistent commitment to meeting both monthly and annual sales budgets. * Manage the sales process according to delivery standards (from Welcome to Packaging), ensuring correct application of sales techniques to deliver a **UNIQUE** shopping experience. * Convey the warm Italian hospitality mindset at every step of client interaction. * Listen empathetically to understand and adapt to client needs, providing personalized advice. * Establish and develop relationships with existing clients and engage new clients with Bvlgari. * Carry out all individual CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager, including CRM AFSS. * Communicate to management opportunities to develop community relationships and explore potential events to increase brand awareness and client loyalty among both new and existing clients. * *This job description does not include all responsibilities and duties and may be modified at management’s discretion at any time.* Profile **Key Competencies:** * Minimum **3 years** of work experience in a luxury retail environment or working with luxury products. * Proactive sales and negotiation skills. * Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and personal accountability. * Strong sense of initiative. * Must be available to work retail hours: weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. * Ability to lift a certain amount of weight, up to 11 kilograms (25 pounds). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint; and ability to gain familiarity with store operations applications (Beanstore, Sales Force, SAP). * English is **desirable**.
