




Position Summary: We are seeking a trainer with experience in the meat industry, responsible for developing, updating, and delivering training programs on quality and food safety. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Food Industrial Chemistry, or related field * 1 year of experience in the position * Must not live more than one hour from the workplace * Strong verbal communication skills * Food safety culture, food defense awareness, knowledge of FSSC and HACCP RESPONSIBILITIES * Report issue(s) related to the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) to the designated person(s). * Develop the training program and keep it updated. * Monitor monthly/annual training programs. * Support quality and food safety programs. * Calculate training performance indicators. * Prepare materials for delivering topics and related events. * Deliver topics related to quality and food safety. * Conduct induction training for new employees. * Communicate with subject-specific instructors and department heads regarding topic delivery.
