




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to process and analyze information from internal databases, prepare statistics and presentations, and track incidents, with proficiency in Office, Visual Basic, and AutoCAD. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data analysis to generate indicators and statistics. 2. Investigation and follow-up of internal incidents. 3. Optimization of internal departmental processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** * MINIMUM EDUCATION: COMPLETED DEGREE * PROFICIENCY IN OFFICE SUITE, VISUAL BASIC, AND AUTO CAD. * GENDER: NO PREFERENCE. **COMPETENCIES** * TEAMWORK. * RESPONSIBILITY. * ORGANIZATION. * EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION. * STRESS TOLERANCE. * PERSEVERANCE. **FUNCTIONS:** * PROCESSING INFORMATION GENERATED FROM INTERNAL DATABASES DERIVED FROM INCIDENTS, TRANSPORT UNITS ON ROUTE, DISTRIBUTION CENTERS, AND OTHER BUSINESS UNITS OF THE COMPANY TO GENERATE INDICATORS. * PREPARING STATISTICS AND PRESENTATIONS BY COLLECTING BOTH OFFICIAL AND INTERNAL DATA AND INFORMATION. * DEVELOPING CRIMINAL CATALOGS BY ZONE, INCLUDING IMAGES AND MODUS OPERANDI OF GANGS AFFECTING OUR BRANCHES THROUGH VIOLENT ROBBERY. * PROPOSING AND/OR FOLLOWING UP ON IMPLEMENTATIONS FOR OPTIMIZING OR AUTOMATING VARIOUS INTERNAL DEPARTMENTAL PROCESSES. * COLLECTING, INVESTIGATING, AND ANALYZING INFORMATION TO ADDRESS VARIOUS INCIDENTS OCCURRING AT CEDIS OR CDAs. * MONITORING THE PROPER FUNCTIONING OF VARIOUS DATABASES IMPLEMENTED IN THE DEPARTMENT'S PROCESSES.
