We are looking for a leader capable of **building, scaling, and activating a network of commercial allies (brokers)** to drive lead generation for our developments. **Your mission** Develop and grow a **robust network of commercial allies**, maximizing lead generation and directly contributing to business growth. **What will you do?** **Network Development** * Recruit and activate high-potential commercial allies (not limited to the real estate sector). * Build a productive, diverse, and continuously expanding network. * Identify new opportunities for channel expansion. * Establish long-term relationships with strategic allies. * Design attractive and scalable collaboration frameworks. * Ensure network productivity and commitment. * Develop strategies to increase lead volume. * Drive placement of developments through the channel. * Monitor ally performance using key indicators. * Measure channel results (leads, conversions, productivity per ally). * Implement continuous improvements to maximize channel impact. * Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to enhance outcomes. **Ideal profile** * Experience in channel development, strategic alliances, or commercial networks (B2B or B2C). * Background in roles such as: Channel Manager, Partnerships Manager, Business Development, Affiliates, or Network Expansion. * Strong ability to build valuable business relationships. * Results-oriented mindset with focus on scalable growth. * Negotiation, influence, and leadership skills. * Analytical mindset and data-driven orientation. **Desired education level:** Bachelor's degree \- in progress **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Sales / Commercial **Industry:** Commercial Real Estate **Skills:** * commercial * business * leader *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a10f96d5300005500ff8ddc\&source\=indeed*
