




Position Summary: We are seeking receptionists to provide patient care, manage information, and support administrative processes in hemodialysis units. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work in the expansion across Mexican territory A company specialized in providing hemodialysis services, with clinics in Acapulco, Iguala, Chilpancingo, Roma CDMX, Zihuatanejo, Tlaxcopan, and Celaya. Currently expanding across Mexican territory thanks to the quality of our service. Due to growth, we require receptionists with an attitude to assist and provide patient care via telephone and/or in person for their information requests; to support the Unit Sub-Administrator of the hemodialysis unit to ensure timely completion of administrative and secretarial processes, contributing to hemodialysis operations. **Responsibilities:** * Receive patients and their families in person and/or by telephone who require a service or request information related to the unit's services * hemodiálisis. * Provide complete information to the patient and/or family members regarding their pathology, treatment, and associated risks, as stipulated by the Responsible Physician. * Ensure correct patient identification using the tools implemented within the Hemodialysis Unit. * Issue payment receipts, collect payments, and deliver receipts to private patients. * Receive and review documents required for admission of new patients. * Maintain the patient attendance list. * Enter information from handwritten documents generated by the administrator. **Requirements:** * Minimum: Completed high school education (incomplete university degree acceptable) * Preferred: Bachelor's degree * 1 year of relevant experience preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Work quality * Results orientation * Level of commitment * Teamwork * Service attitude * **Mandatory: AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL** **We Offer:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Uniforms If you meet the requirements (degree and professional license), apply!
