Job stability and professional growth ### **Job Objective** Ensure the continuous, efficient, and safe operation of machinery and facilities at the corrugated plant through planning, execution, and supervision of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance of corrugating machinery (corrugators, printers, die-cutters, cutters, etc.). * Ensure availability and reliability of production equipment. * Manage the maintenance department budget. * Lead and develop the technical team (mechanics, electricians, electronics technicians). * Implement preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives. * Manage spare parts, suppliers, and external services. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety and environmental regulations. * Develop performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, costs). ### **Requirements** * Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field (degree required). * Minimum **5 years** of experience as Maintenance Supervisor or Manager in corrugated packaging companies. * Solid knowledge of: * Corrugating machinery. * Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. * Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Technical personnel management and team leadership. * Analytical ability, planning, and decision-making skills. * Availability to respond to emergencies. ### **Key Competencies** * Leadership and teamwork * Results-oriented mindset * Organization and planning * Effective communication * Problem-solving ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits and benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Job stability and professional growth.
